How do you keep healthy?

Eat healthy and at home; exercise at least 5 days a week; grow a garden; golf as much as I can.

What is one thing you do to maintain your work-life balance?

Don’t sweat the small stuff; remember there is a happy side in everyone; drink good red wine.

What is the biggest challenge that you face in maintaining your work-life balance?

Spending more time doing what I love and spending time with those I love or even like a lot; and accept that sometimes I can’t.

What is the best advice you have received to maintain your wellness?

Stay positive. Realize the potential in everyone. Sleep well. Don’t forget the power of a hug. The people who think the glass is half emply only need to realize that it is always refillable.
