It would be nice to have several hours a day to exercise and meditate, but most of us feel trapped by a demanding and busy lifestyle, and we hope tomorrow will eventually bring us much needed free time.
Change, however, is possible today, and it does not have to be complicated or time consuming. This workshop of 90 minutes duration is based on recent psychological studies and personal experience. It will help us to introduce simple habits, easy to integrate into our busy life and effective in relieving stress and improving life satisfaction.
